Delivery, Returns, and Liability Policy
Synagenics assumes no responsibility or liability for any shipment that is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes final and conclusive proof that the order has been delivered in full and in satisfactory condition. Under no circumstances shall Synagenics be liable for loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage occurring after the carrier has confirmed delivery, including but not limited to theft from doorsteps, mailrooms, or unsecured locations.
Customers expressly acknowledge that shipment risk transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery. Any disputes regarding delivery confirmation must be resolved directly with the carrier. Synagenics will not file carrier claims, issue refunds, replacements, or credits for packages marked as delivered.
All other order-related issues—including missing items, incorrect items, or damaged products—must be reported to Synagenics within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the order as complete, accurate, and satisfactory, and shall permanently waive any right to dispute, chargeback, refund, replacement, or credit.
Claims submitted outside the stated reporting window will be automatically denied without review. Synagenics reserves the sole, absolute, and discretionary authority to determine whether any claim qualifies for resolution. Any remedy offered, if any, shall be limited strictly to replacement or store credit at Synagenics’ discretionTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Synagenics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to any order, shipment, or product.By placing an order with Synagenics, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by this policy in its entirety.
All products available on Synagenics.com are strictly intended for laboratory research, analytical, or in-vitro purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption.
Synagenics operates solely as a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy, chemical compounding facility (as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act), nor an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the same Act.
