Synagenics LLC (“Synagenics,” “we,” “us”) sells research compounds strictly for in vitro laboratory research and development purposes only. By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Research use only
All products sold by Synagenics are intended solely for in vitro research by qualified researchers. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

- will comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, and use of these products.
4. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products, and for any results or consequences of their use. Products must be kept out of reach of unauthorized persons.
5. Right to refuse or cancel
Synagenics may refuse, cancel, or refund any order, and may close any account, at our discretion, including where we believe a product may be used for any purpose other than lawful laboratory research, or where information provided at sign-up or checkout appears false.
6. Records
We keep records of the confirmations you give when creating an account and placing orders (including the date, time, and IP address) for compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No medical advice
Nothing on our website, product pages, certificates of analysis, or communications is medical advice or a claim about the effects of any product in humans or animals.
